Institute for Professional Development
Northeastern University has been providing quality, content-rich professional development to educators and schools across Massachusetts and the Region since 1995. Today the Institute for Professional Development and Graduate Studies in Education offers a wide range of programs and workshops, consulting services, and graduate level courses and degrees to educators. We are committed to collaborating with district personnel to identify staff development needs and design and deliver programs that provide significant value to the district and its educators.
Programs are held at times and in locations convenient to participants. Location options include schools or school districts, and at Northeastern's campuses in Boston, Dedham, and Burlington, Massachusetts. We also offer courses on-line. All programs and courses are designed and implemented by NU faculty, adjunct faculty and school district teachers and administrators.
